Ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
- Assemble the Burritos: Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture off-center on each tortilla. Fold the sides and ends over filling and roll up.
- Bake the Burritos: Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Brush with butter. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
