- 8 oz cream cheese.
- avocado oil spray, or olive oil
- Bald Buck: Bold Taste
- Prepare the smoker to 225F.
- Coat all sides of the cream cheese with a very small amount of oil and then Bald Buck. The amount of Bald Buck is your personal preference.
- Score the top of the cream cheese before placing it into the smoker giving it room to expand a bit.
- Smoke for 2 hours.
- For extra deliciousness, serve with a side of your favorite jelly/jam.
