Buck's Smoked Cream Cheese


  • 8 oz cream cheese.
  • avocado oil spray, or olive oil
  • Bald Buck: Bold Taste


  • Prepare the smoker to 225F.
  • Coat all sides of the cream cheese with a very small amount of oil and then Bald Buck. The amount of Bald Buck is your personal preference. 
  • Score the top of the cream cheese before placing it into the smoker giving it room to expand a bit.
  • Smoke for 2 hours.
  • For extra deliciousness, serve with a side of your favorite jelly/jam.
